We currently ship Australia-wide.
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier delays.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timeframes rests with the shipping provider.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of ingestible and personal care products, we may not accept returns for opened or used items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
