- Directions: Add 10g Powder (approx two rounded teaspoons) to 1 Lt water and shake. Allow approx 10 mins to dissolve. Refrigerate & consume within 3 to 5 days. Consume a minimum of 200 to 300ml per day. The product settles so shake each time before use. For an additional boost, and maximum polysaccharide health benefits, add a 1/2 teaspoon with fresh vegetable juice or health smoothies and drink daily.
